Do you only offer white tents and linens?

Yes. All party setups are white tents, white tablecloths, and white resin chairs.

How many people fit under a 12×12 tent?

The 16-guest package — one 12×12, two tables, sixteen chairs — is a comfortable seated setup.

Do you set the tent up?

Unless your booking includes setup, delivery is drop-off at your address. Plan to place, weight or stake the tent, and take it down before pickup if wind or weather requires it.

Do you deliver to Orlando / Sanford / DeLand?

Yes. We serve Volusia, Seminole, and Orange County.

How far ahead should I book?

48 hours is comfortable. Holidays fill faster.

What if it storms?

Take the tent down in high wind or a severe-weather warning. We can often reschedule. See the rental agreement at checkout.

Can I use this at Town Hall or a community venue?

Often yes, if the venue allows outside equipment. Ask them first. Request a COI from us if they need one.
