Welcome to Vacay Vibe Supply Rentals. By booking our beach gear rentals, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Rental Period and Delivery
Rental periods begin at the time of delivery and end at the scheduled pickup time. Delivery is included within our specified service areas in Volusia County. We will coordinate delivery to your vacation rental or specified beach access point.
2. Equipment Use and Care
- Equipment must be used in a safe and responsible manner for its intended purpose.
- Do not leave equipment unattended on the beach overnight unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
- Renter is responsible for removing excessive sand and rinsing equipment with fresh water (if available) before pickup.
3. Damage and Loss
The renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear. In the event of damage or loss, the renter will be charged the full replacement cost of the items.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery or for early equipment returns.
5. Liability Waiver
Vacay Vibe Supply Rentals is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages to persons or property resulting from the use of the rental equipment. By renting, you assume all risks associated with beach activities and equipment use.
6. Weather Policy
We monitor weather conditions closely. In the event of severe weather or high-wind warnings, we reserve the right to delay delivery or retrieve equipment early for safety reasons.
7. Agreement
Payment for rental services constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
