Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement is between Vacay Vibe Supply Rentals and the individual listed on the booking order form (“Renter”). By placing an order, the Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions for beach gear rentals within Volusia County, Florida.

1. Equipment Use and Responsibility

The Renter is solely responsible for the safe and proper use of all rented equipment. Equipment must be used for its intended purpose only. Vacay Vibe Supply Rentals is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of the equipment.

2. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup are included in the rental price for specified areas in Volusia County. The Renter must ensure a safe and accessible location for the equipment delivery. Equipment must be available for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location. Failure to have equipment ready for pickup may result in additional fees.

3. Reservation and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the rental. Rates are based on the selected rental period (daily, weekend, or weekly).

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee or eligible for rescheduling at the discretion of Vacay Vibe Supply Rentals.

5. Damage and Loss

The Renter agrees to pay for any loss or damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear. A damage deposit may be held during the rental period. Equipment that is not returned or is returned non-functional will be charged at current replacement value.

6. Weather Policy

Vacay Vibe Supply Rentals does not offer refunds for incremental weather. In the event of extreme weather warnings (e.g., tropical storms or hurricanes), we reserve the right to pick up equipment early for safety, and renters may receive a pro-rated credit for future use.

Damage, Loss & Theft Policy

We take pride in providing high-quality gear for your beach escape. To ensure we can continue offering premium equipment to all our guests, the following policy applies to all rentals. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge responsibility for the equipment provided.

Reporting Incidents

  • Damage: Please notify us immediately if gear becomes non-functional or sustains significant damage during your rental.
  • Theft or Loss: If equipment is stolen or lost, you must contact us within 4 hours. In cases of theft, we may require a copy of a local police report.

Standard Replacement Cost Examples

  • Premium Beach Chair: $85.00
  • Standard Umbrella: $65.00
  • Collapsible Beach Wagon: $110.00
  • Cooler (Hard Shell / Large): $95.00
  • Beach Game Sets: $35.00 - $75.00

Charges will be processed using the payment method on file. We do not charge for normal wear and tear (e.g., minor fading or sand accumulation).
